As we consider different options, we must remember that kindness alone is not enough. There are other better options, even the best. even if a particular option comes at a higher price, it is the best option because it is much more valuable. So why do we spend so much time and energy on fleeting, unimportant, superficial, and useless things? Do we refuse to see how foolish it is to pursue futile pursuits? Now is the best time to live in the moment and think about what is most important in life.
Now, that is right now. "now" may seem unimportant in terms of eternity, but it is an essential element of eternity. When we are young, we always feel that we are going to live forever. Life is full of endless possibilities, like the sun rising on the other side of the horizon waiting to rise, the future is like an endless road that stretches endlessly before our eyes. But the older we get and the more we look back, it's always surprising how short the road was. We begin to think about the things we did and the choices we made in the past. Of course, there will be joy in this, and many fond, heartwarming memories; but at the same time, we also look back on some regrets, or things we wish we could change. In our busy lives, sometimes we focus too much on the finish line, so we neglect the sweet happiness in the process and the blessings that God has given us so far. Isn't it ridiculous to ruin a fun experience in the process just because we've been waiting for it to end? When we listen to beautiful and moving music, do we wait for the last note to fade away without allowing ourselves to enjoy it? Certainly not. We will listen to and appreciate the different melodies, rhythms, and chords in this piece.
We never know what will happen in the next second, think about it, we all take today as the last day of life to see today's difficulties and trials, we will surely find unexpected blessings hidden behind many trials. And we will be amazed how much we are loved by God, there are so many things in life for which we can be grateful.
“If you live only for tomorrow, you will end up with a lot of boring yesterdays.” If we don't do something today, there will be nothing to remember tomorrow. To live a worthy tomorrow, we must take advantage of every moment of today to "live the values". Often, at the start of the year, we set many impressive goals and expectations; but we often look back and complain that time has passed, and many goals have yet to be achieved. The present is a microcosm of the future, and we must plan ahead, rather than rush and miss important opportunities when we face challenges. Author Harriet Stowe said, "The most painful tears shed at the grave are when there is no opportunity to say what to say, and no opportunity to do what must be done."
There are so many opportunities in life to prepare us for tomorrow, it's just that we recognize the "opportunities" and make the right decisions. Let us decide to take every moment in the present to imitate the Savior, work diligently, and make the best decisions to control our future. Let us listen to and obey the instructions of the Holy Spirit. I know that when we are willing to do this, Heavenly Father will reveal to us the undiscovered side of ourselves, that He will light the way ahead, open our eyes, and discover the talents we didn't know about or the talents we didn't expect, and make us as He wants.
